Judge says Rumah Bonda founder should’ve been compassionate towards disabled victim

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 — The High Court today dismissed Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Bonda Kuala Lumpur’s (Rumah Bonda) application to challenge the Federal Territory Social Welfare Department’s (JKM) action in sealing its premises.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 3 — The Sessions Court here today found Rumah Bonda founder Siti Bainun Ahd Razali guilty on charges of neglecting and abusing a teenage girl with Down syndrome known as Bella.
